Customer Service Advisor Float 1 - Michigan.

Location:

100% in office at designated Wes Banco locations in Michigan (Adrian North, Adrian West, Tecumseh, Morenci, Hudson). Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
• Respond to the immediate needs of the Banking Center and provide CSR and sales support as needed.
• Build consumer and business relationships and support daily sales initiatives.
• Operate as a CSR and support banking center's sales and operational objectives.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; pursue business development inside and outside the bank.
• Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals, and profitability.
• Promote sales culture and collaborate with branch staff to achieve goals.
• Conduct outbound calling using customer lists and refer to appropriate lines of business.
• Educate team on uncovering opportunities to advance financial wellness.
• Support day-to-day operations including cash handling, vault duties, audits, and inventory.
• Participate in meetings; build relationships with internal partners.
• Maintain security controls and confidentiality.
• Assist with operational duties as needed and cross-train.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365; ability to learn banking software.
• Strong consumer lending knowledge preferred; ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong product knowledge for selling bank products.
• Ability to interpret varied instructions; strong math/analytical skills; good organizational skills; multitasking and flexibility.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs; available to work all hours of operations.
