Sales Account Manager - Injection Molding

Job Title: Sales Account Manager, Tier 1 Automotive

Location: Remote, must be based in Michigan

Compensation: Base salary $120,000 plus $30,000 to $40,000 commission

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow business with Tier 1 automotive customers. This role is focused on selling injection molded components and managing strategic customer relationships within the automotive supply chain.

• Manage and grow sales accounts with Tier 1 automotive customers
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long term account strategies
• Travel to customer sites as required

• Proven experience selling injection molded products
• Direct sales experience with Tier 1 automotive customers is required
• Strong understanding of the automotive supply chain and OEM expectations
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and long term customer relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self motivated and effective working remotely

• Competitive base salary of $120,000
• Commission potential of $30,000 to $40,000
