We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive top-line revenue growth through strategic account management, business development, and customer partnership.
As our Sales Manager, you’ll act as the voice of the customer — fostering strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring our solutions align with the evolving needs of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
What You’ll Do- Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead the RFQ process
, including pricing strategy, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination. - Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer roadmaps and company goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends and OEM developments to uncover new opportunities.
- Support new product launches and ensure seamless collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
- Manage commercial issues
, including pricing, cost recovery, and contract compliance. - Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to expand brand presence.
- 5+ years of direct automotive sales experience at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier (stamped or formed wire metal products preferred).
- Deep understanding of OEM sourcing, manufacturing, and product development processes.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining long-term customer trust.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Plex experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Work with globally recognized OEMs and Tier 1 partners.
- Travel opportunities (domestic & international, up to 20%).
