We're looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Medicare/Health Account Executive to join our growing team! We offer navigation, guidance and enrollment support to clients seeking Individual Medicare, Individual & Family Health, and Small Group plans. Over the last 5 years we have experienced exponential growth and now going into 2026 we are seeing this exciting growth trend continue. We strive to deliver an excellent client experience 100% of the time in a warm inviting space and with a friendly supportive team.

We are looking forward to an addition of another full-time licensed agent/adviser that's looking to be part of a close-knit team. Your primary goal is to build strong, positive relationships with both new and long-term clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and overall agency growth. You’ll be the go-to person they trust, making sure they’re happy, supported, and sticking with us for the long haul.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, client referrals and professional referrals.
• Educate existing and potential clients on coverage options, including providing personalized 1 on 1 advice and designing insurance packages to fit the client's needs and budget
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to fill coverage gaps where appropriate
• Manage workload and appointments in an organized fashion, including maintaining agency and individual CRM

• Michigan Resident Health license with 2 years of related experience OR 3 years of comparable experience with the ability to become licensed within 30 days of hire if not already.
• AHIP / FWA Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire
• ACA / FFM Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire
• Ability to work independently while being an active team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google I Microsoft, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM and agency management systems.
