The Sales Training Manager position will play a critical part in the continued growth and development of the Sales team at American International Foods, Inc. The incumbent will lead the training, coaching, and mentoring of all newly hired Lead Generators with the goal that each new Lead Generator becomes an effective Territory Sales Representative within 90 days. The individual will first familiarize themselves with the current training materials and work with Sales Management and leadership to improve them.
Working directly with the Sales leadership team and the CEO, the training manager will identify areas for continued learning and professional development for the entire Sales Organization, developing and presenting training materials and activities that support “The AIFI Way.” To be an effective manager, strong connection to the marketplace, deep understanding of the customer base, competitive advantages, and product offerings are essential;
these will be deepened by making sales calls and applying techniques taught to Lead Generators and Sales Representatives.
- CRM/ERP Administration
- Campaign Management
- Sales contest creation and administration
- Development and delivery of non‑sales related trainings
- Sales Administration (reporting, documenting, analyzing data, etc.)
- Recruiting and interviewing of Lead Generator candidates
- Sales related file maintenance and organization (Public Drive Folders)
- Collaboration with internal AIFI departments for process improvement
- SOP Creation and maintenance
- Provide support as needed for special events (e.g., Annual Territory Planning, Sales Halftime meetings, Sales commission celebrations, etc.)
- Other duties as required by the business
- 5 years of Business‑to‑Business Sales or Business‑to‑Business Sales Training experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Professional Selling or related field(s)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas of improvement
- Ability to design, develop and deliver sales training content
Job Requirements
- CRM/ERP Experience, MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage / ingredient distribution

PayPay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
