We are working with a leading international organisation within the advanced manufacturing automation sector
, supporting some of the world’s most recognised electronics and industrial manufacturers.
They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across North America
, with responsibility for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across the region.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in capital equipment, automation systems, or manufacturing technology sales
.

- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across the USA and Canada
- Deliver against revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles with long-term customers
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to shape technical solutions for customers
- Support expansion into new accounts across electronics, automotive, industrial manufacturing, and related sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on automation and production optimisation solutions
- Support contract negotiations and commercial closing activity
- Proven experience in B2B sales within automation, manufacturing equipment, or capital machinery
- Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling into manufacturing, electronics, automotive, or industrial environments
- Comfortable managing long and complex technical sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and analytical ability
- Willingness to travel across North America as required
