Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port Huron, MI, for a Professional Sales Specialist. The role involves providing top-tier customer service, guiding clients through the process of selecting, designing, or purchasing jewelry and watches. Responsibilities also include achieving individual sales targets, executing business planning strategies, offering product education and training to clients, and maintaining knowledge of current trends in luxury jewelry.

The Professional Sales Specialist will work closely with a team to provide a warm and memorable customer experience while fostering long-term client relationships.

• Exceptional customer service abilities, including active listening and a customer-first mindset.
• Sales experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Business planning skills to develop strategies and achieve company objectives.
• Experience in providing product training and educating clients about jewelry, watches, and custom design offerings is highly desirable.
• A keen interest in luxury goods, jewelry trends, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is an advantage but not required.
