Electrician II

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

What you’ll do…

• Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems, and facility electrical systems.
• Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
• Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting, and track machine modifications.
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damaged or broken components
• Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) proficiently, employing basic and ladder logic to interpret and modify wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for accurate problem diagnosis.

What we’re looking for…

• Five (5) years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or an equivalent combination of trade school or training
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read/write wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints and analytical diagnosis of problems
• Ability to program Programmable Logic Controllers using basic and ladder logic
• Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
• Advanced knowledge of industrial controls and instrumentation
