• Perform customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Conduct on‑site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
• Isolate equipment start‑up malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Perform ad‑hoc and predetermined work assignments with instructions.
• Follow all established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Work on assignments that are semi‑routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Manage resources, maintain schedules, and coordinate all repair activities in priority sequence to ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
• Work in a customer environment with systems operated 24/7, requiring immediate response times while on‑shift or after hours on‑call, and drive long distances to sites.
• Accept and update work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU.

• Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training in those fields; equivalence achieved through 2 years of electrical or mechanical field service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and field repairing electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, teamwork orientation, responsiveness to all customer issues, and willingness to travel on short notice.
• Must be able to pass an in‑depth background check (TSA eQIP).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask several projects.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and accountable.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs., push/pull 200 lbs., and move equipment weighing up to 1,000 lbs. with assistance.
• Job requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and working in unusual positions requiring full body mobility.
• Must work safely and follow safety precautions in extreme environments such as temperature, humidity, noise, and confined spaces.

$48,100.00 - $86,950.00

Salary range for this position: $65,000 to $70,000.
