Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for North Port Village in Port Huron, MI. The role involves performing maintenance across rental units, common areas, offices, grounds and parking lots, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and rotating on-call duties.
Ideal candidates have less than 1 year of relevant experience and basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC. A CAMT or vocational training is preferred, and on-call availability is required.
