• Support skilled workers by performing tasks such as holding tools, moving materials, and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record details of tasks performed, and materials used.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work effectively with team members.
• Ability to identify and address minor issues that arise during tasks.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.

• Tools, equipment, machinery used:
  Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment.
• Working conditions:
  
  Will be exposed to all weather conditions. Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150 ft. Work in confined spaces. Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks. If requested, work overtime, and respond to emergency callouts whenever they occur. Work days, nights, and weekends. Travel to customers and other Miller sites as needed.
• Physical effort required:
  Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel. Must be able to climb towers/vessels/tanks.
