Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stocking and organizing merchandise
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining department and safety standards
• Providing superior customer service
• Merchandising product effectively
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation

Additional department-specific responsibilities may include:

• Beauty:
  Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic aids
• Drugstore / General Merchandise:
  Preparing tags and signs
• Grocery:
  Organizing and preparing back area
• Texas Backyard:
  Passion for outdoors
• Entertainment:
  Knowledge in the audio / video field

Qualifications and key requirements include:

• Age requirement: 18+
• Work experience:
  
  Knowledge/skills/abilities in customer service, communication, interpersonal, reading, writing, planning, and organizing
• Education:
  
  HS diploma or GED (or equivalent)
