Support Services Specialist II

Position Overview

IBC Bank seeks a Part‑time Support Services Specialist 1 to maintain facility infrastructure and spaces in optimal condition for staff and customers. This in‑office role is part of the 750 Support Services department.

• Troubleshoot lighting repairs, identify proper lighting needs, and replace bulbs.
• Clean and maintain chandelier lighting, working on ladders.
• Maintain exterior surfaces through painting of poles, curbs, equipment and parking lines.
• Perform infrastructure repairs such as door repair, ceiling tile replacement, ATM A/C replacement.
• Handle grounds maintenance, debris removal, shrubbery and tree trimming.
• Repair equipment and furniture.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of facilities maintenance or construction/handyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and ability to apply fixes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools, safe use of power tools.
• Ability to work with electronic devices (iPhone, iPad, PCs) to close work orders or submit photos.
• Valid State‑issued Driver’s License.

• Indoor and outdoor work year‑round.
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in dust, fumes, odors and high places.
