Maintenance Technicians

Udelhoven Oilfield System Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Maintenance Technicians to join their team supporting Formosa Plastics facilities, primarily in Port Lavaca, Texas. This role involves extensive travel to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on critical equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, safety-focused, and have strong industrial maintenance experience.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50-75%)
- Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in chemical, plastics, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying conditions
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Proven ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Active TWIC card
- Hands-on experience with HDPE systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude with pumps, valves, conveyors, extruders, and piping systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, welding, or plumbing
- Familiarity with HDPE extrusion, piping, or process systems
- Experience using CMMS for work orders and documentation
- Prior experience at Formosa Plastics or similar chemical facilities
