Plant General Maintenance Technicians / Laborers

Udelhoven Oilfield System Services, Inc. (UOSS) is seeking General Maintenance Technicians / Laborers to join their team at the Formosa Plastics facility in Port Lavaca, Texas. These individuals will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and labor tasks to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and eager to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with opportunities for growth.

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)
- Active TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance, general labor, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work safely in a chemical manufacturing / industrial setting
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- Experience with industrial equipment maintenance (pumps, conveyors, valves, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, or welding skills
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Valid driver’s license
- Technical training or certification
- Prior experience at Formosa Plastics
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance, general labor, or manufacturing environment
