Process Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting process optimization and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist production engineers in deriving operating targets to optimize unit performance.

+ Develop process scope for capital projects, including justifications and conceptual design reviews.

+ Participate in and lead incident investigations to enhance plant safety and environmental compliance.

+ Implement process improvements to increase production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and lower operating costs.

+ Conduct process simulations and modeling to support operational decision-making and troubleshooting.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

+ Minimum of 2 years of process engineering experience in a chemical processing manufacturing setting.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

+ Ethylene oxide (would be a huge PLUS)
