Our client, a leading organization in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Process Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist production engineers in deriving operating targets to optimize unit performance and economic efficiency.

Conduct process scope development for capital projects, including justifications and conceptual design reviews.

Participate in or lead incident investigations to enhance plant safety and environmental compliance.

Implement process and capital improvements to increase production, reduce energy consumption, and lower operating costs.

Perform process simulations and modeling to support operational decision-making and troubleshooting.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in petrochemical or refining environments.

Ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to analyze and apply technical knowledge effectively.
