Our Service Center Loan
Processor delivers exceptional service while assisting members with their lending needs. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent and math aptitude skills. ADDITIONAL
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of Credit Union experience, customer service experience or Degree in related field
- Ability to multi-task, handle high volume of loan requests, and to work within deadline time frames
- The ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision‑making
- Knowledge of all consumer lending products, policies and procedures
- Professional communication skills across various platforms
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to interface with members in a positive manner with empathy, courtesy and tact
- Maintains a high level of professionalism
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides exceptional member service when answering inquiries and assisting members with their needs across various means of communication
- Conduct loan interviews
- Processes and finalizes loan request
- Collects and verifies all required documentation for loan processing, including title and lien information
- Delivers prompt, professional, and personalized service to prospective and current members.
Classification:Non-exempt
Location:Nall Service Center (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of:
Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
