Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic using a tablet to check in clients and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options including Chase Mobile App and ;
Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations such as cash vault, ATM, and other cash-handling duties following bank policies
