Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Restorative Resilience Counseling is a group wellness community in Washington state dedicated to offering compassionate therapy services for individuals. Our practice emphasizes building co-created counseling connections that foster a safe and secure relationship with the human experience. We focus on supporting clients as they navigate personal challenges and work toward growth and healing while focusing on whole-body interventions to care. At Restorative Resilience Counseling, we prioritize empathy, trust, and resilience with our clients, community support and in our investment of clinicians on the team.

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. (Associates are welcome to apply too—supervision included as a condition of employment). The counselor in this role will provide therapeutic services to clients, including individual and relationship counseling, and will develop personalized treatment plans. They will also conduct regular collaborative case support, manage client records with confidentiality, and apply evidence-based interventions to support clients' mental health and intersectional well-being.

$50-60 per session + 50% split of reimbursements (supplemental bonus)
