We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting.

This role emphasizes ADLs, safety and functional carryover

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper‑extremity function and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required
