In addition to regular assigned cleaning, the job description for a Lift Operator includes:

• Equipment Operations:
  Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, Bosun Chair (not required)
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Knowledge of scope of work
• Customer service: working with customer for basic project scheduling & tasks based on our scope of work
• Quality control: checking work and scope completion, jobsite must be free of dust and dirt, must be left in an orderly fashion, meet and exceed customer’s expectations
• Ordering supplies through management as needed
• Reporting hazards to management
• Equipment upkeep: cleaning filters and towel, keeping janitor’s closets clean & in order, cannot leave buckets of water overnight
• Authorized personnel: only authorized personnel are allowed on job sites; cannot bring others to job site at any time
• Dress code: must wear attire representing Accountable logo at any jobsite
• All employees are required to review & adhere to the ACM Handbook

Starting wage depends on experience & job assignment.
