Welcome to Parkside Esterra Park – a thoughtfully designed collection of high-tech apartments in Redmond, just steps away from Microsoft’s campus. Within each of our studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, you’ll find modern features such as keyless entry, a designer kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, quartz countertops, upgraded cabinetry, and an in-home washer and dryer set. Additional features include expansive private balconies with views of the Eastside and downtown Seattle, and spacious walk‑in closets in select homes.

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• _Tag complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing “make‑ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively آزاد
