As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one‑on‑one, relationship‑based care in their homes. CompensationHourly rate: $18.50–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
- Support meal preparation, nutrition support, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in condition.
- Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active CNA certification (state‑specific).
- CPR certified.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a non‑facility setting.
- Home health, long‑term care, or hospice experience preferred.
