NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician at Mariner's Glen Apartment Homes to join our team. You will respond to service requests, complete make-ready tasks, turn vacant apartments, and maintain pools, grounds, and the maintenance shop.
Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, painting and plumbing knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call.
