Help Wanted
- Landscaping Field Technician & Crew Lead
Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience and position)
We are a professional landscaping company committed to high-quality work and a positive team environment. We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Field Technician and Crew Lead. If you have experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for outdoor work- come grow with us!
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3-5 years of landscaping and hardscaping experience required
- Experience with track loaders and excavators is a plus
- Valid driver's license is a must
- Strong punctuality and attendance record
- Able to lift, bend, kneel for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Crew Leads should have leadership skills and project management experience
- Hourly wage from $20 to $25, based on experience and role
- Supplemental medical program after 90 days
- 401k retirement plan eligibility after probationary period (depending on job title)
- Paid holidays and vacation after one year of employment
