• Assist with the maintenance and repair of gasoline and diesel powered golf equipment.
• Contribute to the implementation of a preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect, diagnose, adjust and repair mechanical defects or failures in various pieces of golf and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service and repair records for each individual piece of machinery.
• Ensure equipment is fueled, oiled, and inspected for readiness.
• Set up and modify new equipment as needed.

• Degree or certificate in mechanical field of study.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions while repairing equipment.
• Familiarity with proper recycling and disposal of hazardous shop fluids and compounds.
• Proficiency with welding and fabrication equipment.
• Preferred:
  Minimum of 2 years of mechanic experience on small engines.
