This contract-based opportunity offers experienced Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP), particularly SLP‑CCC professionals familiar with school settings, the chance to support K‑12 students on their journey to communication success. The upcoming school year brings five engaging full‑time roles: four traditional positions (7.5 hours daily, 37.5 hours weekly) and one 0.7 full‑time equivalent, all delivered exclusively on‑site.

In this setting, you'll provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for diverse student needs. While caseloads are typically capped at 48, numbers may range up to 60 students, offering an active and dynamic school environment.

Qualifications:
  • Valid WA SLP License and ESA certificate
  • Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC)
  • Experience with K‑12 caseloads and school‑based service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech‑language pathology services in person to K‑12 students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Implement evidence‑based interventions and monitor student progress
  • Coordinate services with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state requirements
  • Participate in case meetings, team planning, and professional development
