We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well‑being and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
Essential Job Functions
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
  • Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
