Staff Accountant

Randstad is proud to partner with an expanding, multi-site aesthetic and reconstructive surgery practice with locations across Florida, New York, New Jersey, and growing. As they continue to scale their operational infrastructure, they are seeking a hands‑on Staff Accountant to join their corporate team on‑site in West Palm Beach, FL.

This is a direct hire opportunity offering a base salary between $70k-$80k + discretionary bonus + full benefits package.

• Month-End Close & GL Stewardship: Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reclassifications, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules to drive accurate month-end close cycles.
• Reconciliations & Cash Flow: Prepare and maintain bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations; investigate variances and post necessary adjustments.
• Multi-Entity & Intercompany: Record, reconcile, and monitor intercompany transactions, allocation entries, and schedules across multiple clinical entities.
• Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Manage invoice coding, approval routings, payment processing, vendor records, and discrepancy resolution.
• Implementation & System Optimization: Assist with the transition to new ERP, participating in system testing, data validation, workflow documentation, and task execution.
• Audit & Reporting Support: Compile schedules and working papers required for financial statements, management review, tax filings, and external audits

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

  2-6 years of progressive corporate accounting experience with working knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger, AP, and reconciliations
• Multi-Entity Operations: Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
