Working closely with the Campus Director, this position supports daily operations by coordinating administrative functions, managing resources, and serving as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners. From budgeting and facilities coordination to campus safety and event support, the Campus Coordinator helps create an organized, welcoming, and well-supported environment where students and employees can thrive.

JOB SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, this position helps the Campus Director ensure smooth operation of the assigned campus. Duties include assisting in preparing the budget and monitoring campus expenditures; assisting with facility needs and rentals; and serving as a local point of contact for campus visitors, faculty needs campus safety, facilities, IT, student life, off-campus sites, and other non-student success staff on campus.
SPECIFIC
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the office manager for the campus, providing administrative support to the Campus Director.
- Supervise and manage staff on campus as needed by the Campus Director.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the campus budget, process purchase orders, and oversee purchasing card expenditures.
- Manage all facility rentals through current system; approve scheduling of events and rental usage, coordinate needs for events, and serve as point of contact on campus for all rentals; work with cashiers to process facility rental payments.
- Complete classroom assignments after course schedule is constructed.
- Maintain office/classroom supplies and manage/monitor service request tickets.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with vendors.
- Handle all phone, computer, AV equipment, copy machines, and fax problems for the campus.
