• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

• Participate in project estimates, set up budgets, build the construction timetable, and develop the strategy to deliver on time and on budget.
• Select and buy out subcontractors, issuing subcontracts and blanket purchase orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design professionals while ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the change request log, control changes, and handle formal correspondence with owner and architect.
• Monitor costs, perform projections, prepare payment breakdowns, and support the project engineer through close out.

• Minimum of 3 years of successful commercial construction industry experience.
• Strong communicator who works well with clients, subcontractors, and fellow employees.
• Working knowledge of budgets, subcontracts, and change management.
