Metric Geo is partnering with a well-established residential developer to identify a Director of Land Development for a confidential opportunity in Port St. Lucie, FL.
The role oversees multiple active residential communities and is responsible for the full land development lifecycle, including entitlements, permitting, horizontal construction, infrastructure, budgeting, consultant management, and project delivery.
This position reports directly to executive leadership and offers long term growth with a strong pipeline of projects.

- Manage consultants, engineers, contractors, budgets, and schedules.
