A growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join its team.
This is a great opportunity for a driven flooring professional who enjoys estimating, managing operations, and building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field teams.

What you'll do
- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Manage awarded projects, including procurement, scheduling, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GCs, and owners
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout
What you bring
- 5+ years of commercial flooring estimating and/or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans, and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering excellent client service
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
