Associate Photographer – Port St. Lucie, FL

The Associate Photographer is a talented member of a versatile team responsible for media collection for  and  Using a Pro 3 Matterport, a digital camera and an iPad, each photographer creates virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential and apartment properties. The photographer works remotely, is managed by a local Photography Manager, and collaborates closely with clients, sales, logistics and management.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments using professional photography techniques.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.
• While not on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Be an experienced drone photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and a highly detailed‑oriented mindset.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a driving record check prior to start.

Hourly plus bonus‑eligible position. The pay amounts to $50,000 annually, with monthly bonus opportunities.
