We are looking for a self-motivated team member to add as an independent contractor to our company of highly motivated visionaries. This position is 100% remote. Residents in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. Flexibility to live where you want to live!

We are a licensed landscape architecture firm in the State of Florida. We have extensive experience working with residential and commercial clients, municipal staff, and developers. Our projects range from small and high-end residential to larger commercial and multifamily developments.

We have professional landscape architecture degrees from accredited universities. Paul Goulas graduated in 2002 from Louisiana State University. Brandon White graduated in 2012 from the University of Florida. Both of us have practiced in the state of Florida since graduation.

Qualifications
  • An accredited professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Landscape Architecture field.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD, Land F/X, Sketchup, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and other software options prevalent in the landscape architecture industry. Knowledge of Lumion and Bluebeam preferred but not required.
  • Mathematical skills, planting design, knowledge of irrigation systems preferred but not required, basic knowledge of civil design, understanding of sustainable design, basics of codes, are preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, visual and graphic communication skills.
Expected Duties
  • Compile and analyze data on conditions such as location, drainage, and location of structures for site analysis and landscaping plans.
  • Collaborate on design criteria with the design team or project manager and under their supervision, prepare and change drawings.
  • Plan layouts of projects and integrate engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
  • Electronically draft plans, elevations, sections, and details under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with workers from multiple disciplines engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
  • Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
  • Prepare scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
