Under administrative guidelines, this position provides strategic support to the School of Health Science and works in close collaboration with Executive Dean. Core responsibilities include promoting academic quality, driving student success, and ensuring program excellence. The role encompasses curriculum review, faculty coordination, academic record management, budget oversight, and resolution of student concerns.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Academic Leadership and Program Oversight- Supervise all instructional activities to ensure academic integrity and student learning outcomes.
- Manage program compliance with internal policies, State regulations, and accrediting bodies.
- Oversee curriculum maintenance and submissions to the Curriculum Committee.
- Assist faculty in developing, assessing, and evaluating program and student learning outcomes.
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate full-time and part-time faculty and staff.
- Provide constructive feedback and professional development support.
- Coordinate faculty assignments and address instructional absences as needed.
