This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. As a Valve Responsible Engineer, you will own components across their complete life cycle, from requirements definition and conceptual design through detailed design, development testing, verification, and flight operations.

You will be part of a team of designing the next generation of valves for crewed lunar vehicles to enable a sustained human presence on the Moon.

• Own valve designs end-to-end: requirements, interfaces, detailed design, drawing release, test support, and anomaly resolution
• Perform first-order structural, thermal, and flow analyses to verify designs; coordinate with the analysis team for higher-fidelity modeling (FEA, CFD)
