ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist II for our client’s site in Lake Mary, FL!

This is an intermediate level position on a Project Controls team. Workers at this level are responsible for initiating and completing routine aspects of project cost control assignments with general oversight.

• Work with a small team of Project Controls Analysts and Schedulers.
• Perform cost analysis, forecasting, change control, and reporting for a portfolio of projects budgeted to spend tens of millions during the fiscal year.
• Compare monthly actuals to the project baseline and identify variances while monitoring the projects’ baseline plans and fiscal budget.
• Generate Periodic Project Controls Analytics.
• Create periodic project analysis of gathered data through verification and validation to support project controls metrics.
• Distribute and archive project controls analysis as appropriate.
• Work in partnership with a more experienced Project Controls lead.

• Basic understanding of budgets, direct and indirect labor charges, accruals, overheads, amortization, allocations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and technical skills with proven ability to integrate large amounts of data from multiple databases or systems.
