Director of Finance & Accounting (Ecommerce)

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Director of Finance & Accounting in the Port St. Lucie, FL area. Our client is searching for a director with a strong background in Ecommerce. This position is working fully in office. • Oversee accounting operations including month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers on warehousing, fulfillment accounting, and inventory reconciliation
• Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
• Implement automated workflows and system integrations to streamline operations
• Manage and develop accounting team members
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance / CPA preferred
• SAP preferred or large ERP systems
• 5+ Years Experience with Retail/E-Commerce Sales and Operations, HR / Payroll Processing, Sales Tax, International Sales and Logistics, and Inventory Management
• Process improvement background
• Experience in retail / consumer products industry
• Knowledge of DTC e-commerce operations and fulfillment required

This position is a direct hire role that will pay $140k-$200k plus bonus depending on resume and experience.
