We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our overnight team
. The ideal candidate has experience working with adolescents in behavioral health or residential settings and is knowledgeable in diabetes management
, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the overnight safety and well‑being of our clients.

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well‑being overnight.
• Assist with vital signs, blood glucose checks, and documentation of health observations.
• Support diabetes care, including monitoring blood sugar levels, dietary compliance, and assisting with insulin administration as directed.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to medical or behavioral emergencies.
• Maintain accurate overnight logs, incident reports, and client documentation.
• Provide compassionate, trauma‑informed support to adolescents.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with laundry and light housekeeping as needed.

• Active CNA certification in the State of FL.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as CNA.
• Prior experience with adolescents in a behavioral health, residential, or hospital setting, preferred.
• Experience managing diabetes care, preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication, observation, and de‑escalation skills.

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
