Aimbridge Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in supervising and preparing all food items per standardized recipes.;
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen, work and storage areas; minimize waste and control costs.;
Create menus and food presentation; oversee banquet and catering activity; review house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists.;
Manage kitchen inventories and par levels; oversee staffing and schedule trained cooks in all areas.;
Ensure plating standards and brand compliance; address guest problems efficiently and maintain high service standards.
