Insurance Agent- CSR

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent-CSR at our Port St. Lucie, FL location. Responsibilities include assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing excellent customer service, explaining policy options, processing insurance applications, and performing follow-ups. The Insurance Agent-CSR will work to develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and state regulations.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and the Independent agency environment
• Understanding of Insurance policies and industry practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and its application within the insurance industry
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and rapport building
• Florida insurance licensing required (either 440, 2044, or 220)
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
