POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Concierge - Playground Attendant to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment for children to enjoy. Ensure that children meet all dress and height requirements to use playground. Playground attendant is responsible to ensure all parents and children follow the rules and regulations at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Playground Attendants are responsible to report to the Concierge desk at the beginning of each shift to retrieve the daily assigned radio and designated playground key. Same applies at the end of each shift.
- Ensure that children meet height requirement to use the playground.
- An adult must accompany and supervise the child at all times.
- Explain courteously the playground policy to any parent whose child does not meet requirements.
- Children and Parents will be required to wear cotton socks but not shoes in the playground.
- No child over the height of 42” is permitted to play for safety reasons.
- No running, hitting, fighting, or climbing is allowed in the playground.
- No food or drinks may be consumed inside the playground.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in shopping center or customer service environment experience required.
