Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare USCIS, DOS and DOL forms and filing packages; communicate and collect supporting documentation from law firms / clients
- Prepare business (nonimmigrant and immigrant) visas such as H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, P-1, also, EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 (NIW) EB-3, PERM applications, etc
- Analyze case documents
- Perform legal research
- Draft support letters, cover letters, forms, and other legal documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience working with business immigration visas
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies (preferred)
- Bilingual communication skills (Spanish)
- Strong experience with USCIS procedures
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Detail-oriented
- Must know how to use Cerenade, Law Logix and/or Docketwise
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
