Job DescriptionGENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
- Operate all equipment safely according to operating standards.
- Stock ingredients from deliveries in production areas and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare and prep product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
TRAINING
On the job training and orientation.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigate addresses within designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. PIP and Bodily Injury coverage is required. Customer service and navigational skills are required.

- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
- Sudden temperature changes.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.

- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Senses
- Talking and hearing on telephone.

- Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Temperament
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
- Surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum.
- Paperwork is completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Drivers sit in their vehicles while delivering.
Lifting
- Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
- Pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried.
- Trays of pizza dough (12 pounds each) are carried two at a time over short distances.
Pushing
- Moving trays on dollies requires up to 7.5 pounds of force.
- Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
- Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
- Forward bending at the oven assembly station.
- Duration of each bending action 30‑45 seconds.
Crouching/Squatting
- Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching
- Continuous reaching upward, downward, and forward.
- Reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls and other tasks.
Hand Tasks
- Eye‑hand coordination required continuously.
- Use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough.
- Manipulate pizza peel and pizza cutter.
- Pinching required when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
- Grasping of cans, phone, cutter, peel, and boxes.

- Pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, hair nets, aprons, gloves, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
