Role Description

The General Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Port St. Lucie, FL. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating team members, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, adhering to food safety standards, and driving financial performance. Additional tasks include hiring, training, supervising staff, monitoring inventory, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining a positive and productive work culture.

The General Manager will also handle scheduling, performance reviews, and communication with the corporate team.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and oversee a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff interaction and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in problem‑solving, operational strategies, and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control practices
  • Experience in the restaurant or fast‑service industry, preferably in a managerial role
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high‑quality standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or similar field preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
