Job Summary

Willard Development is seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Manager to oversee the vibrant day-to-day operations of W Executive Suites' flagship office. The Community Manager is responsible for the oversight and success of daily operations. This role ensures all tasks, performed by both the Community Manager and Community Coordinator, are completed in alignment with brand standards while delivering a hospitality-driven customer experience, including accountability for front desk operations, coverage, and service standards.

The Community Manager oversees inventory management, walks and inspects offices, partners with the Regional Sales Manager to manage sales leads, conducts sales tours, prepares proposals and license agreements, and oversees the move-in and move-out process. In addition, the Community Manager plays a pivotal role in member satisfaction, retention, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the center, maintaining alignment with W Executive Suites' brand standards and company policies.
  • Own front desk operations and service standards, ensuring consistent coverage, professionalism, and a high-touch member and guest experience at all times.
  • Oversee and direct the Community Coordinator to ensure reception, mail, reservations, and hospitality tasks are completed to standard.
  • Manage and order inventory for kitchens, office supplies, and copy rooms.
  • Conduct regular walk-thrus and inspections of private offices and common areas to proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs.
  • Nurture and follow up with all sales leads; conduct tours and deliver professional presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, license agreements, and onboarding documentation with accuracy for new members.

Member Experience & Retention

  • Oversee all member move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience and accurate billing updates.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for member concerns and issue resolution, escalating matters to the Regional Manager or CEO when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with members to foster satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Support hospitality-driven initiatives that elevate the day-to-day member experience.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Prior coworking, property management, or commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and ensure completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Desk Works or similar systems preferred.
  • Commitment to providing first-class hospitality and a polished customer experience.
Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the CEO of W Executive Suites.
