Spherion Gainesville, FL is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a position in Alachua, FL. Assemble large, heavy parts for subassemblies using hand and power tools. Excellent benefits and room for advancement offered.

Possible temp-to-hire.
Location:
Alachua, FL
Schedule:
FT, M-F, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (1st Shift)
Salary: $20-$24/hr DOE
Responsibilities- Perform specialized electrical assembly.
- Review specs for assembly and special options.
- Check bins for adequate supplies.
- Ensure correct fit, parts, and sub-assemblies per specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Basic hand tool knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime/shift work as needed.
High School
Experience1-4 years
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience with low voltage controls systems, automotive/vehicle wiring, or AC/DC equipment repair/installation.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
