Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center.

Position Highlights Part-Time opportunity
100% Outpatient Primary Care Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PMNo weekends

No on-call responsibilities

Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.

Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.

Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as appropriate.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive health outcomes.

Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies.

Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.

Active DEA registration or eligibility.

Primary care or outpatient experience preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
